The world of work has required the need for instant everything, including food. If you do not have the time for breakfast, you grab a pre-packaged granola bar. For lunch, you eat a chilly microwaveable meal and grab a soda from the snack dispenser. Dinner comes from a junk food cafe or other takeout place.
For a busy mom, this type of processed eating is not going to yield the energy she should make it through the day successfully. These foods could be O.K in a pinch, but they definitely should not be the rough rule. Healthy food habits for mom also translate into sensible eating procedures for the remainder of the family too.
Let’s begin with what mom wishes to eat. Not more than twelve oz. of protein are required per day. Folk don’t realize that getting that much protein isn't hard.
